The Role

We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the development, maintenance and optimization of credit risk methodologies and decision-support models.

This position focuses on the full lifecycle of credit risk models, ensuring the right balance between analytical rigor, regulatory compliance and business impact.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design of robust risk frameworks, supporting smarter lending decisions, stronger portfolio performance and alignment with regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of Impairment and Capital.

Key Responsabilities

Responsible for end-to-end software testing before deployment to client environments.

Execute both manual and automated tests.

Validate the product to ensure compliance with business and functional requirements.

Verify delivered enhancements and bug fixes.

Report issues through bug tracking and project management tools.

Collaborate within Agile development teams.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or a related role.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies (UAT, functional and non-functional testing, test case design and execution, web applications).

Understanding of Agile Continuous Integration principles and practices.

Experience with test and project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Skills

Perform functional testing (Unit, Integration, UAT, etc.).

Perform non-functional testing (UI, UX, Performance, Load Testing, etc.).

Perform maintenance testing (e.g., Regression Testing).

Soft Skills

Ability to understand and adapt to clients' business processes and requirements.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations across different audiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passion for technology and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Strong teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and methodical approach to work.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in test automation implementation.
