The Role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

The selected candidate will work on international IT projects, focusing on business requirements analysis and functional support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience in the banking sector, particularly in credit, will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsabilities

Act as the main point of contact with the client regarding service scope, SLA compliance, and activity reporting.

Understand client needs and ensure the delivery of functional solutions.

Produce functional documentation and user stories based on business requirements.

Identify improvement opportunities through business process modelling.

Maintain projects, processes, and operations documentation.

Support product development according to functional specifications.

Participate in client meetings to monitor project delivery.

Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Management, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, maintenance).

Experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.

Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in credit products.

Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN).

Awareness of UX/UI best practices.

Understanding of DevOps principles and collaboration in agile delivery pipelines.

Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Adaptability to different client environments and business domains.

Language and Certifications

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English.

Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus.
