Puzzle | Credit cards with debt transfer and fully digital application process


This innovative credit card involved the development of an app, available on Google Play and the App Store, which allows a user (existing or new customer) to request and activate the card, as well as access the statement and query of balance and movements, parcel purchases, change payment conditions, among other features.

"This is a 100% online credit card, since the request is made automatically, eliminating the need to fill in physical documents and go to the bank counter. It is also distinguished by its flexibility, as it allows any installment purchase to be made in installments", explains Gonçalo Graça Santos Director of Digital Platforms at Banco BNI Europa.
